Over the past year, the stories and people of Behind the Line have come to mean many things. It might be about a Chef or dishwasher at one of your favorite restaurants. Or, one of the folks selflessly volunteering to get vaccinations distributed at the Fairgrounds. Maybe it’s neighbor helping neighbor make ends meet at the food pantry. We’ve done stories of line dancing in a Rexhame parking lot, solo marathon runners, teachers and so many volunteers.
This week we actually went-behind the line, the fishing line. On Saturday, we were the last stop on the maiden delivery voyage of The Sea Box, where met up with brothers Mike and Dan, along with their cousin Jeff.
Mike and Dan are fourth generation commercial fisherman from Green Harbor, Massachusetts and cousin Jeff currently works for the oldest seafood wholesaler in Boston, specializing in sword and tuna fish. And, all three are really nice guys.

Together they have launched a new online business called, The Sea Box. Imagine a CSA for seafood, but not. Kinda like a Hornstra Dairy delivery, but not really.
