In that same spirit, nothing could have prepared me and the many people that volunteered during Merry Days for the out pouring of gratitude for this event. The kindness of people is and attitude of gratitude surrounds us. And I think we are the lucky ones because this is evident in all that we do for one another in Marshfield. Of the people I spoke to personally, none were ready for the amount of joy they would have felt, the tears on their cheeks and the resolve that it is in giving that we receive.

HAVE YOU BEEN WINED?

Though not a Marshfield exclusive, the group has certainly reached our town. Baskets encompass a wide range of talent and creativity. And beverages cover the continent with entries from Moscato to Captain and Coke. But as in anything great it’s all about the delivery.

The deliveries are sometimes reminiscent of mash ups with Kiki Challenge meets Door Dash, Unicorns and Dancing Unicorns. The Patron Saint seems to be a lady originally from Vineland New Jersey and living in Sweden. Her name is Ina Nicosia- Schelker. Check out her YouTube Channel.

Lights Up! MHS 20/20

Stacey Emery Walsh, a Marshfield resident, is heartbroken for her son, Michael Walsh. Walsh explains, “He didn’t know March 12th would be his last day of school. He never got to say goodbye to his teachers and didn’t know all of the things that would be his last. Last car ride from school, last lunch, last homeroom. It’s MHS tradition to have teachers ‘clap’ out the seniors on the last day of school as a way of saying goodbye, good luck, we love you, and that won’t happen.”
